HOW TO PLACE AN ABSENTEE BID

• Fill out and fax the provided bid form (Link)
• Or submit your bid on your company letterhead agreeing to the absentee bidders’ additional terms and
  conditions.
• Provide name, model, serial number and lot number when available
• You must state your opening bid amount and the maximum bid amount for each item.
• All absentee bids must be accompanied by a 25% deposit of the maximum bid amount(s).
• Absentee bids should be received the day prior to the auction
• Absentee bidders are subject to the auctioneer’s standard terms and conditions.
• Absentee bidders agree that, in submitting an absentee bid, a dual agency exists for the auctioneer. The absentee bidder acknowledges that the auctioneer’s primary client is the seller
